I’d always been intrigued by this toy, and I was much surprised when my husband ordered one and produced it one day. It surprised me in many ways.

Packaging and Description

This Red Lips Open Mouth Gag was ordered on AliExpress. As per usual, it came delivered in a grey plastic bag. The gag itself was also wrapped in a plastic bag. Not many surprised there.
What did surprise me was the material of the lips. I had always assumed they were made of hard plastic, but this was not the case. Instead, the lips are made of silicone. This makes the toy more pliable and easy to use.
The straps are made of regular fabric, maybe a bit of PU-leather. The toy was well-made with straight sewing. It looks like something I would expect to find in a Dutch webshop as well.

The lips themselves are big. I don’t think I would have managed to get them in my mouth if they had been ABS/hard plastic. There’s an extra ring on the inside where you can put your lips around. I struggled a bit where to place this ring. Sometimes I set it before my teeth, sometimes behind. That’s a bit unclear, and I guess it’s a personal preference.
The lips are 7,5 centimetres wide, where the hole is 4 cms. The strap is 63,5 centimetres long. The toy doesn’t smell.
Overall, the quality looks decent, especially for the price we paid.

My Experience

The Red Lips Open Mouth Gag wasn’t comfortable, but in all honesty, no gag ever is. That’s kind of its purpose. But apart from that aspect, it was good enough. The silicone material is flexible and didn’t hurt. The size was okay too. It’s pretty big, but again, that’s what it’s supposed to be.
We tried the toy while we were together, so just my Dominant and I. That was fine. He told me I looked ridiculous with it in me, I believe him, and that’s that. I despise looking in mirrors. Of course, I needed to see what I looked like wearing this gag, and yeah, it looked awful. But it was funny in its own sense.

Conclusion

This Red Lips Open Mouth Gag is a fun toy. It can be used for serious humiliation play. I can only imagine it would look perfect on sissies. For my Dominant and I, it’s more a fun toy, something out of the ordinary. This won’t be my favourite gag, because it’s challenging to find the right spot in my mouth for it, before or behind my teeth. But really that’s just personal preference. I’d recommend this gag if you’re looking for something weird you want to try, or if it fits your humiliation play. And the price can’t stop you either.
