Anal toys. I’m a big fan of them, even though I don’t often review them. But when Laced-up.nl asked me to review this beginners set by Rimba, I couldn’t refuse. Firstly, they’re pink and precisely the right hue too. Secondly, a long time ago, I, too, had a string of anal beads like the one in this set. But no matter how often you clean them, some toys really go past their expiration date, especially anal toys. So I was excited to test this shorter specimen. I have good memories of my first set, so I hoped to replicate them. The buttplug in the set looks quite round and wide for a beginner, so I was curious how it would feel. Better get started…
Packaging and Description
The Rimba Barcelona Anal set comes in a white carton box with a see-through window. I received this set while on a fair, so this could be the ‘fair packaging’ instead of the retail packaging; I’m not quite sure. The two toys are made of silicone. According to the packaging, they are phthalate-free and waterproof. The waterproof bit makes sense as the toys are streamlined, and there’s nothing water could interfere with. In fact, it’s always a good idea to use water-based lubricant with silicone toys to prevent interaction between the lube and the material of the toy. The plug is 8,2 centimetres long and 3,5 centimetres in width. The beads are 13,5 centimetres long, with the largest bead being 2,9 centimetres wide. The toys feel decent and don’t have a bad smell. The quality feels like they could last you some time. And even though the gemstone at the bottom of the buttplug is a plastic copy, it does add a bit of glamour.
My Experience
Being filled with the beads was indeed a fun experience, just like I remembered. When two were in, I thought we were done, but then there was another one. We combined the play with a light spanking which made it extra intense. The different sized beads make it a unique sensation, one I definitely hope to repeat.
The buttplug was also a fun happening. It wasn’t too big, what I had been dreading. It was actually quite the right size for me. My husband had tied a string around the base as an extra security measure to pull it out if it went in too far, but I don’t think we needed it. Once in place, the butt plug was quite comfortable. Even sitting down while wearing the plug went well.
Conclusion
The Rimba Barcelona Anal set with buttplug and anal beads is a perfect set for a beginner. Or, for more experienced people like me, also an excellent kit to replace older toys. The set is affordable, the material used is durable, and the design is basic but decent. The set is a good starting point if you want to begin with anal play. You could start with only one or two beads if you so choose. I’d definitely recommend this set by Rimba as a gift for yourself or for your partner. This will unlock a new avenue of play for you for sure!
