I began with the same question, but let me tell you this: it works and does a fine job too. But I’m getting ahead of myself here. Let’s first take a look at the specifics.
Packaging and Description
The Bone Head Handheld Massager comes delivered in a carton box with a see-through plastic compartment for the toy. Otherwise, you wouldn’t be able to see the gems they put in for eyes. 😍
The vibrator itself is pretty small and fits snugly in my hand. It’s 7 centimetres long and about 5 centimetres wide. The toy is covered in silicone, as they call in on the box: ‘hygienically superior silicone.’ It’s waterproof and whisper quiet. What’s cool is that there’s a memory chip inside which remembers the last function used. There are ten different menus to choose from.
The vibrator has one button only. You use this button to turn the vibrator on and cycle through the menus. The toy is rechargeable. The only downside is that there seems to be a small latch on the bottom of the toy, which can’t be opened, and dirt could gather in the tiny ridges.
My Experience
Before my first testing round, I wasn’t sure how I was going to use the toy. It turned out to be quite intuitive. When you hold the toy in your hand, the underside of the vibrator fits perfectly between your labia and your clit. Because there is only one button, it’s easy to find a vibration pattern you enjoy or cycle to the next one. The vibrations are pretty intense, and they quickly brought me to an orgasm, much easier and quicker than I had expected.

The Naughty Bits Bone Head Skull Shaped External Vibrator is an innovative design that made me smile when I first encountered it. If not for my silicone-toy catching cat, I would definitely put this toy on display. And, to my surprise, it functions exceptionally well as a vibrator. I’m a fan of lay-on vibrators since you don’t need lubricant per se, and I’m not always in the mood for a penetrative toy. Bone Head here ticks all my boxes. It’s a unique toy and will make an excellent gift for anyone open to a gothic toy.
